New-look Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate

The Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) has recently updated the certificates issued by approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) trainers for successful completion of the RSA approved training course.

The certificates have been revised in accordance with departmental standards allowing approved trainers to issue the certificates for successful completion of the course from 2 July 2010.

As from 1 August 2010, approved trainers were to cease issuing the previously approved version of the RSA certificate.

Please note that all certificates issued by approved trainers prior to 1 August 2010 will still remain valid until the stated expiry date.

Should you be presented with a certificate that you believe may not be in the newly approved format, please contact OLGR on 13 13 04.
