This course is designed for people who wish to enter or are in the hospitality industry and need their Responsible Service of Gaming for employment.

It has become industry best practice that all employees hold a Responsible Gambling Services Certificate. This course will provide you with the necessary skills to work in the gaming industry today. Students will learn the gaming regulations and the techniques for identifying and assisting problem gamblers. Understanding your responsibilities when dealing with patrons, management and security personnel. Gambling is to be monitored now and support provided to patrons.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Your spot will only be confirmed once payment has been received. No reserving of seats even with pre-registration form. (meaning if you use the pre-enrolment form online you must arrange payment before your name is place on the RSA/RSG or Bar & Gaming list) Payment for courses can be made over the phone by credit card, at the college between 9am-5pm (M-F)or by cheque or money order.
