As of July 1st 2008, the Food Safety Supervisor provisions Food Act 2006 commences. All licensed food businesses must have a Food Safety Supervisor on staff who is responsible for the day to day food safety in the business.

This course has been specifically designed to ensure the participant has the most current accreditation available. In addition to providing the student with this compulsory accreditation, it also allows them to maximize their employment options and move forward faster with their career choice in this exciting industry.

SITXFSA001A:
Implement Food Safety Procedures
  • Identify food safety critical points and hazards
  • Implement procedures for food safety
SITXOHS002A:
Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures
  • Follow Hygiene Procedures
  • Identify and prevent hygiene risks

Payment is required at least 7 days out from the course due to pre-reading of resources – materials can be posted out once payment received or can be picked up from the college.
